All orders within India are shipped within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
📦 Delivery Time:

  • Metro cities: 5–7 business days
  • Other locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, and public holidays or extreme weather conditions.

Currently, we offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small handling fee may apply.

  • You can track your order status here.
  • You can easily track your order on our website using your order ID.
  • Tracking will be available 3–5 working days after your order is placed.

If your order number shows “Cancelled,” try adding “-copy” after your order ID (Example: RC1234-copy).

  • Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times.
    If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us, and we will initiate reshipping within 24–48 hours (re-shipping charges may apply).
  • If the tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact us within 2 days of the delivery date.
    We cannot process claims made after 2 days from the delivery date.
  • A parcel opening video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.
  • Exchanges are accepted only for wrong items delivered or fitting issues.
  • Refunds are not applicable for customized products.
  • Orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled.
  • To request an exchange, simply Contact Us with your Order ID — our team will respond within 24 hours.

We only replace or exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or mismatched.
If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Note: Parcel opening video must for Return or Exchange.
  • Photos of the defective or incorrect product

Once verified, we will process the exchange promptly.
Note: Exchange approval is subject to stock availability.

Since Richcase provides customized and made-to-order products, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed or moved into production.

We do not provide refunds for personalized/customized products.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees, payment gateway charges, and processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are only applicable in rare cases of product damage or manufacturing defects, upon review and approval.

Exceptions:
Some products (like silicone or smoke cases, and certain accessories) may be shipped based on color availability without prior notice.

If your payment fails, please:

  • Double-check your account details, billing info, and internet connection.
  • Retry the transaction after a few minutes.
  • If the amount is debited but order not confirmed, your money will automatically be refunded within 7–10 business days by your bank.
