Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days in metro cities and 5–9 business days for the rest of India.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently provide Free Shipping across India for all prepaid orders.

Delivery time and charges (if applicable) may vary depending on your location and order volume. Any applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email or WhatsApp Message once your order has been shipped. This will include your tracking number(s).
Tracking details are usually active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Richcase.in operates within India and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as taxes, tariffs, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages During Transit

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, as part of our customer support policy, we will assist you as best as we can.

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos or videos of the damaged item and contact us via email or WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery.
Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged product until the issue is resolved.

Delivered But Not Received

If your order status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 2 days of the marked delivery date.
We won’t be able to escalate or investigate delivery issues reported after 2 days.
