Refund & Return Policy – Richcase

At Richcase, we take great care to ensure that every product you receive meets our quality standards. However, if there’s any issue with your order, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Exchange is available only if the product is defective, damaged, or a wrong item was delivered.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, you must share a clear parcel opening (unboxing) video from start to end, without any cuts or edits.
  • The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of the product delivery date. Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
  • In case of any issue such as fitting problems or incorrect delivery, please contact our support team immediately.
  • Return or exchange is available only for fitting issues or wrong product delivery.
  • Both the parcel opening video and a short video explaining the issue (if fitting-related) are mandatory.

Exchange Process

  • Once your exchange request is reviewed and approved, our team will confirm it via email or WhatsApp.
  • Exchange is processed as soon as you receive a confirmation from our side.
  • The replacement product will be shipped within 6–10 business days, subject to stock availability.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue is on our side (wrong or damaged product).

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products without a valid parcel opening video are not eligible for exchange.
  • Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
  • Orders that have moved into production (for customized or personalized cases) cannot be canceled or exchanged.
  • Orders delivered more than 48 hours ago are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Policy

  • Since all our products are customized and made-to-order, refunds are generally not applicable, except in special cases such as duplicate payment or order cancellation before dispatch.
  • Partial refunds may be granted in rare or approved cases (if applicable).
  • Processing, payment gateway, and shipping fees are non-refundable in any case.
  • In approved refund cases, the refund will be processed within 2 business days and reflected in your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • We are sorry, but we can’t process a refund for orders that don’t meet the above conditions.

Important Notes

  • Return or exchange requests without a parcel opening video will be automatically rejected.
  • For fitting or quality issues, please include a short video clearly showing the problem.
  • Always contact our support team before sending any product back to us. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
  • We aim to provide a quick resolution and deliver a hassle-free customer experience.
